R&R Parent Retreats
R&R Parent Retreats bring together parents of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities for a chance to step away from everyday demands, connect with people who truly get it, and learn about the issues that matter at different stages of the parenting journey. Each retreat focuses on a particular theme—from navigating a new diagnosis to preparing for the transition to adulthood—while making plenty of room for rest, laughter, honest conversation, and community. It’s a little bit of learning, a little bit of R&R, and a chance to return home feeling more connected, informed, and refreshed.
